1. Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to ski and snowboard rentals, and related services, provided by Snowfront Sports, the trade name of BJRR CO LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Snowfront Sports,” “we,” or “us”). Our shop is located at the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge on Peak 9, 655 Columbine Rd, Breckenridge, CO 80424. By visiting our website, making a reservation, or renting equipment from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Reservations
You may reserve equipment online in advance through our booking system, or visit the shop as a walk-in; no reservation is required. Reservations made in advance receive our advance-booking discount of 20% on rental packages. Reservations made through one of our referral partners are subject to these same terms and pricing. Please make sure the dates, packages and sizing information you provide are accurate, as we use them to prepare your equipment.
3. Pricing and payment
Rental rates are charged per day and are shown on our Rentals & Pricing page and during online checkout. Optional add-ons, such as helmets and Gear Protection, are priced separately. The total price, including any applicable taxes, is confirmed before you complete your booking.
4. Cancellations and changes
Reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your rental start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your start time are not eligible for a full refund. To cancel or change a reservation, contact us at info@snowfrontsports.com using the details in your confirmation email. Approved refunds are returned to the original form of payment.
5. Pickup, fitting and return
Equipment is picked up at our shop during our posted hours. Please bring a valid photo ID, and expect to complete a rental agreement before your equipment is released. Our team will fit your boots, skis or board, and bindings based on the information you provide, and fitting adjustments are available during your rental. Equipment must be returned to our shop at the end of your rental period, in the same general condition as received, allowing for normal wear.
6. Care of equipment
You are responsible for the equipment from the time it is released to you until it is returned to us. Please store it securely, keep it away from vehicles and unattended outdoor areas, and do not lend it to others or modify it. If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear, you may be responsible for repair or replacement costs. Our optional Gear Protection add-on is designed to reduce your responsibility for certain accidental damage; its terms and exclusions are described at the time of booking.
7. Complimentary gear storage
Daily gear storage is included with every rental so you can leave your equipment with us overnight. We take reasonable care of stored equipment, but we are not responsible for personal items, clothing, or valuables left at the shop.
8. Assumption of risk
Skiing and snowboarding are inherently dangerous activities, and injuries can occur even when equipment is properly fitted and used. By renting from us, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the inherent risks of these sports, as recognized under Colorado law. Bindings are adjusted according to the information you supply, and no adjustment can guarantee that a binding will release in every situation. You are responsible for skiing or riding within your ability and following the posted rules of the mountain. You will be asked to review and sign a rental agreement and release at the time of pickup, and the terms of that agreement apply in addition to these terms.
9. Weather and mountain conditions
Weather, snow conditions, and lift operations are outside our control. If conditions affect your plans, please contact us as early as you can and we will work with you where possible.
10. Our website
The content on this website, including text, photographs and design, belongs to Snowfront Sports or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent. We work to keep our information accurate, but pricing, hours and availability may change, and the website is provided as is. Referral partner logos are used with the permission of those partners. When you book online, your reservation is handled by our third-party booking system, which collects the information needed to complete it, including your contact details and payment information.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Snowfront Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your rental or your use of this website, and our total liability for any claim relating to a rental will not exceed the amount you paid for that rental. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising from them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its “last updated” date, applies to reservations made on or after that date.
