This policy explains how Snowfront Sports, the trade name of BJRR CO LLC, handles your personal information when you visit our website or rent equipment from our shop at the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge on Peak 9, Breckenridge, Colorado.

When you reserve or rent, we collect your name, email address, phone number, rental dates and package, and the sizing details we need to fit your equipment, such as height, weight, shoe size and skiing ability. For children, a parent or guardian provides this information. Payments are processed securely by our booking system’s payment provider, and we do not store your full card number. If you email us, we keep your message and contact details.
3. Our website
Our website loads fonts and a map from third-party services, which may receive your IP address and browser details when a page loads. If you arrive from a referral partner’s link, your browser temporarily remembers that partner for your visit so your booking is credited correctly; this is cleared when you close your browser. We may add privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used, and will update this policy if we do.
4. How we use your information
We use your information to manage your reservation, fit and prepare your equipment, send confirmations and service messages, answer your questions, keep our rentals safe, and meet legal and accounting requirements.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business, such as our booking and payment system, and with the referral partner who sent you, to the limited extent needed to confirm a referral. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including rental records and our legal and tax obligations.
